Wow! Where to begin? We called up Chris the fall of 2019 to see about selling our house. Our old house was built in 1889 and had more than a few curve balls ready for him. We had a 100 year old septic tank that needed to be brought up to todays standards (as per Boulder County) and Chris quickly had himself up to speed on the local codes and needs for replacement.
